How to reach us and where the answers to common questions are.

Write to info@kornial.ai. Say which strategy or backtest you mean: its name, or the backtest's id that your assistant or the website shows. Never send a sign-in code or any password. The same address is our point of contact for authorities and for notices about content.
Common questions
- Connecting an assistant: add the server https://mcp.kornial.ai/mcp as an app or connector in ChatGPT or Claude, connect, and sign in on the page that opens (WorkOS, with a one-time code sent to your email or a password).
- A backtest failed: its error code and message say why; ask your assistant to read the backtest with get_backtest. Data errors mean the date range is outside the instrument's data coverage.
- Your data: how it is stored, for how long and how to delete it is in the privacy policy, kornial.ai/privacy.
